The Palm House | Premier Avila Location

Studio home in prime location with parking and a small front patio.

Enjoy one of the old fisherman abodes of Avila past. Funky, not fancy, with some great outdoor space in a hard to beat location just one block from the beach.

This studio home has been updated to accommodate a comfortable stay but maintain its historic character. Come relax and enjoy a little piece of traditional Avila.

One (1) dog will be considered. The pet policy is 1 dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. The non-refundable pet fee is $50/night, max $225. A picture of your fury friend will be requested.
