  • This vacation home is the top half of a duplex. It is a very well cared for 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the green Pleasure Pier and downtown Avalon. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms each have a set of bunk beds and new carpet recently installed. If needed, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. In addition to the full bath, there is also a half bath located beyond the kitchen. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, this home offers a 40-inch flat panel UHD 4K Smart TV in the living room, wireless internet and washer/dryer. No smoking. 316CA Upper QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
