Open year-round, with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The gîte is located in Auzon, Haute-Loire, in the hamlet of Lugeac. Situated in the southern Auvergne region of Haute-Loire: Auzon is a charming medieval village halfway between Clermont-Ferrand and Le Puy-en-Velay, near the town of Brioude (10 km). Auzon, a small town of character, in the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, is also a stop on the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago) and the starting point for numerous hikes. The gîte is located in Lugeac, a small village of about one hundred inhabitants, in a large stone building. It is also Respirando certified: Hiking and Mountain Biking. A bailiff's residence in the 17th century, then a school, clerk's house, farm, and today tourist accommodation, the painted decorations and woodwork dating from the 17th century remain in the dwelling.
