Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around...

Great staff, clean rooms and perfect locations.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities.central Vienna location.polite and friendly staff.late check out

A most enjoyable and comfortable stay. It is abundantly clear that the staff take pride in providing a very high standard of service. They are attentive and personable. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.

Well equipped room (a $600 Dyson hair drier ) pod coffee machine, very comfy bed, great staff cant do enough for you. Its only a small hotel BUT it has a big Personality. The question is would I go back to that hotel and the Answer is YES.

The staffs are really good, they are easy to talk to when assistance is needed. The breakfast is very good, all staff are great offer and made good coffee, the chef offer good cooked food👍

The front desk staff seemed busy when we checked in and were a bit rude and short with us which was disappointing. However the hotel is beautiful with great amenities such as gym/sauna and we enjoyed the balcony.

This was very enjoyable especially as it was so close to the Rathaus Christmas Markets. This is where we went for dinner wonderful experience in the evening and still not too crowded in Late November. The staff were really great very helpful and with good suggestions. Like not buying a Vienna Card just buy a 24 hour transport card and only pay for things you want to see. The only thing I didn't like and it is not the hotels' fault is all the gadgets. It is so trendy to have an ipad to do...

Location and the service was fantastic. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and the tea and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch.

Property and room we had was very quaint. Very large room as a junior suite. They are progressively upgrading the property to an even higher standard.

Fantastic central location, close to everything. The staff provided excellent service and truly made a difference to our stay. They were very friendly, helpful, and always did their best to assist us with anything we needed. They did all of this with a big smile, especially the young lady at reception and the kitchen staff. The rooms were extremely clean.I almost forgot to mention the free beer from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm! Thank you, Manager, for this great touch. 🙂We will definitely be back.Thank...

The hotel is new, clean and well maintained. I was skeptical of a room with an open sink in the bedroom but the design was well considered so the water didn’t spray onto other areas of the room and there is a privacy curtain available. I loved the shower, the little window nook and MagSafe charger right by the bed. The room design is bright and cute. I didn’t interact with the staff much as everything is done electronically. One very small gripe would be that I selected daily cleaning upon check...

A beautiful hotel, very classy

We enjoyed the interconnecting rooms that we had. Staff responded promptly when we requested to have two single beds in the other room. We enjoyed the coffee/tea making facility that they have at the lobby. The laundry facilities served us well. We felt safe in the area. Kagran metro station and Westfield shopping mall is directly opposite the property.

Nice hotel, big room and very clean. Staff were amazing, very helpful and nice.
