"The property was delightful for a cosy Christmas stay, the Christmas lights and fireplace were perfect. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. "

"Beverly is a fabulous communicator. And kind. When we told her the coffee press broke she immediately dropped one off to us.! There were other sources for making coffee so I found her response to us very kind. The flat is gorgeous and very comfortable. The location excellent for walking to all amenities, and quiet for sleeping. Five stars! "

"Not really sure if there was any staff..after been given the key by a rather un interest ed bar man..I had no further contact with anyone connected to the establishment... perhaps that was a positive.."

"The property and communication were just fine upon arrival, however the one toilet in the property became unusable the first day as the flusher jammed so we had to book a hotel room that night not knowing if it would be fixed or an alternative solution would be available. Late in the evening they said they had a work around for flushing the toilet and it was fixed the next day but they offered no relief from the extra expense we had to make sure our family had a bathroom to use. No refund. No credit. Poor customer service. "

"The apartment was okay. Conveniently located for us to walk to town and visit family. We found it a little weirdly set up with things we didn't need, the steamer, the steps, the printer. But we couldn't use the oven - it smoked and the shower was bizarre and we could have used some instructions as it just wouldn't get to a comfortable temperature. We were also a bit put off by the dirty sponges left in the bathroom. Dont think we would stay there again."
