The lady who checked me in announced my room location loudly while other guest were next to me in the lobby, I was traveling alone. Rooms not that clean. Truly feel cleaning staff presents with lazy cleaning. Stains in toilet, showers with hairs that aren’t mine, and we had 2 separate rooms due to cleaning issues.
