Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room with room divider can be used for the 3rd bedroom, featuring a queen pull-out and a sofa bed.

Love this House

We were in Austin to visit our son and to attend a concert. This house is the perfect location for a short visit. The house is close to Lou’s and other great Austin restaurants and downtown is a short drive away! Thanks again for opening your home to us!

Walkable to almost everything!!

We came into town for New Year’s Eve vacation with friends and concert at Austin city limits. Stayed five days/ four nights. House is very cute and was well stocked for us and our two friends. The homeowner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our friends brought their dog, and the house is perfectly located five minutes walk to Lady Bird lake and walking path. Walkable to shops/restaurants on Rainey St and East fifth and E sixth. Super short Uber ride to West side and airport. Truly enjoyed this house and it’s location in Austin.

Nice House / Older Neighborhood

For the location we needed, this house was absolutely perfect. Everything with the house was nice. The only thing annoying was the TV remotes didn't work in the bedrooms. Besides that, everything was really nice and a great stay. The communication with the "home owner" was weird. I had to ask a question 3-4 times before getting an answer and not an automatic message about something else. But it all worked out so hard to complain too much about that.
