Warm and Welcoming 3 Bed House in North Central Austin

Stay comfortably in Austin at this cozy and inviting 3-bedroom home. All beds are luxurious and comfortable with down alternative comforters, crisp sheets and fluffy pillows. The living room is open and warm, perfect for a group of friends or family to hang out, play games, or watch a movie on the 55" UHD television with Sonos surround sound. Kitchen is well equipped and includes a coffee maker and espresso machine. The backyard is large and private and includes barbecue grill and propane fire pit.

Location is superb - 10 minutes to the Domain or Q2 stadium, both easily accessible by public transportation. Take the redline from Crestview station to get downtown or a ride share to be there in 15 minutes.

Walkable to some of Austin's most delicious and famous restaurants including Ramen Tatsu-Ya, Julie's Noodles, and Tan My. Target with CVS pharmacy is also walkable to easily stock up on drinks, groceries, or toiletries.

We were only able to stay one night, but this place is a hidden gem! It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and we had no problem getting a good nights rest. It is in a great spot and our host provided awesome recommendations on things to do (we had a great time at Long Play Lounge and Vigilante Gastropub & Games). It is really close to Q2 stadium and the Domain; we were even able to take the bus one day to avoid spending on an extra uber or lyft. We didn't use the backyard much due to the weather but it was large and looked like a great spot for cocktails around the firepit or morning coffee. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Austin.

What a perfect home base for our stay in Austin! The house was exactly as described: comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. Each bedroom felt warm and inviting, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Our favorite spot was the living area in the morning, when we could open the back doors and enjoy the peaceful backyard.The location was ideal too. With easy access to 183, we could get anywhere in town in no time. Don’t miss Ramen Tatsu-Ya nearby, and add the corn bomb to your ramen, trust me!After exploring all that Austin has to offer, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. We loved the excitement and energy of Austin combined with a quiet night under the stars in the backyard. We will try to stay here the next time we come to Austin.
