The house was lovely and inn a prefect location to restaurants and coffee shops. The inside was clean and well kept. It was great for my family as we were attending my Granddaughter's graduation from UT. It was nice to be able to message with the owner.We did have our dog with us and Dolly was able to run around in the back ard. If I would change anything, I would request - please move the yard. However, I have friends in Austin and many homeowners love the natural look in their yards.We will book this home again and let all our friends visiting know about this great pleace to stay! Thank you.

Outstanding home & close to everything!
My friends and family came into Austin for a weekend catch-up and this home was perfect for our large group (9 people). Everyone was comfortably accommodated and the home was immaculate. The host provided everything plenty of the essentials (soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). The home was very walkable to everything we wanted to do, although Uber was used more often (never more than a 3 minute wait). The host has a very reasonable checkout and cleaning policy. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back to town!
