Great weekend getaway!
We were there for a family wedding. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony with its awesome view. Elevator was perfectly placed for my elderly mother.

Really nice place, really nice host
We enjoyed the Walker Villa overlooking Travis Lake for four nights including the total solar eclipse of 2024. Paula, our host, was very proactive and helpful while we planned the details of the trip; she was great! The Villa itself is roomy, tastefully decorated, and extremely well-equipped if you choose to self-cater. Furniture is lovely and comfy, beds are great, and the patio overlooking the lake is furnished with a six-chair table and a comfortable L-shaped couch that saw a lot of lounging by our group of four. The second-floor site improves the views; access is easy with the nearby elevator. We never had to park more than 100 ft away, but if you are there during a busy time, you may walk a little further after parking. There are six heat pumps about ten feet below the patio that can be a little distracting compared to the general quiet of the location.

Family vacation
The loft was very nice, and had everything you could need for the stay. Beautiful scenery. The pool area was amazing. Would definitely recommend scheduling water activities in advance but the host was very good about giving us multiple suggestions about the area. The only thing i wish e has was a golf cart that we saw some people using.

We love this property! The view is unbeatable! Our family enjoyed our stay in this large and spacious villa. We had everything we needed for cooking and we appreciated having pantry space for groceries. Our favorite part of our vacation was sitting outside on the back patio and enjoying the lake and hill country view! So relaxing! Can't wait to go back! 🙂

Perfect property for family of 6. Played games on the large kitchen table and enjoyed the view from the fantastic patio. Amenities, such as walking trails, pickle ball and weight room, added to the fun.

Wonderful Family Trip
Our family of six (ages 2-14) plus Grandma definitely recommends this property! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The amenities such as the community pool, sport court and park were a perfect fit for our kids. The view from the second floor porch is just beautiful! The owner was extremely accommodating and communicative. My children are already asking if we can come back every summer :) A definite five stars!

Great location. Needs a little updating.
This location can't be beat. The rental is spacious and clean. We were disappointed in the very few channels that were available to watch, and no Smart TV for us to log in to a movie platform (Netflix, etc) to watch a movie at night. The living room ceiling lights were out. Also small things like foil or Saran Wrap are needed to wrap up leftovers. The walls showed where touch up paint was put, but don't match the wall color. Just needs a little updating. Overall we had a great stay.

Thank you for your review and you are so right, you can't beat that lovely view of Lake Travis! We have been discussing upgrading the televisions to smart tvs. Guests have been using their Rokus for logging into Netflix and other channels. We opted to reduced the number of channels by only a few so that we could maximize the speed of the internet since we had so many business travelers staying. Thank you for your suggestion and we will buy new televisions right away. I was the last person there before you checked in. The living room ceiling fan with light kit is about 6 months old. I will have the installation checked. I bought a gallon of wall paint and another gallon of trim. The trim paint was spot on matching. The wall paint not so much. I am the one who wanted to freshen up the walls by covering all the dings. By the time I noticed that the paint was slightly off, it was too late to stop and get a painter in to paint the entire home. I have a painter scheduled and that will be fixed. I am sorry about that! I did that and I wish I had not. Aluminum foil is kept in a drawer under the coffee pot and I have a collection of small Rubbermaid type containers with lids for food items. I sure appreciate you staying with us and for your nudge to update the televisions sooner rather then later. I hope you will stay with us again very soon.

Perfect home base for Hill Country adventure
My teens and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy, and the balcony view was fantastic. We sat out there for hours each morning and each evening. We used the condo as our home base and ventured out to different parts of hill country each day. The condo was in the perfect location to easily access Austin, Luchenbach, Marble Falls, and Fredericksburg. It was quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. Paula, the owner, was a tremendous help - from sorting out a VRBO issue with the reservation itself to providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations to being very responsive to a question that popped up near the end of our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a delightful Spring Break escape, Paula!

My family and I had a blast on our trip. This villa is perfect for the number of people who came on this trip. Everyone has a bed and the kitchen table sets us all. The view from the balcony is amazing.

Came up short
When arriving upon property, we were really excited and it seemed promising! Unfortunately things took a turn. The location is great and we enjoyed our time even though the first day we arrived, we had to bring attention to the owner about the floors because our infant crawling around had dirty feet, making us question whether they did a thorough job. Ms. Paula was nice about it and said she’ll get her cleaning crew to come out the next morning to redo it. So everything was good from there on out; that’s until we left the property. We received a voicemail from Ms. Paula checking in on us because of a broken fan blade. She showed concern for us being possibly hurt. We called her back and told her we didn’t know about a ceiling fan blade being broken. She said she was glad no one was hurt but never once mentioned she was going to charge us for it. We found a charge on our account for $442 and reached out to her. That’s when she didn’t pick up our phone calls when she had previously. Had the fan broken during our stay, we would’ve notified her immediately especially since that would’ve been a danger to our kids and if it injured one of us, we’d have a much bigger issue right now. After texting her again to call us back to explain/refund us and no response, we said we were going to take action and that’s when the refund magically appeared. We hated to do this as we’ve never had to do this before and we really liked our stay, but unfortunately we won’t be able to come back anymore.

I am sorry that Mr. Gregory had a bad experience staying in our vacation villa. I have been a host, on VRBO, for 5 years and I have over 50 5 Star Reviews. I qualify for Premium Host. When Mr. Gregory called me about the dirty floor situation, I reacted to his needs and sent the cleaning crew over as soon as they were available to correct the situation. The Hollows Management Team sealed the black top roads this summer. The roads all look great, but the sealant, in the summer heat, was being tracked into the homes on the bottoms of shoes. The cleaning staff manager and I worked together to figure out where the problem was coming from, which is the sealant, and we worked towards a solution to steam clean the floors. I have been working with the same cleaning crew for over 3 years. I average 35 reservations per year. The team is very efficient at cleaning and have never steered me wrong about when items are damaged in the home. After Mr. Gregory's checkout, the manager called me and told me that the blade of the ceiling fan, in the family room, was broken off. The metal bracket that hooks the fan onto the motor was busted in two. I have loaded pictures of the broken blade and fan in the picture section of my listing. I then charged Mr. Gregory for the replacement cost of the fan which he did not want to pay. When he booked his reservation, the reservation included a $500 Damage Deposit to be returned if nothing is damaged in the home. The cost of a new large fan and labor was $442. That money was taken out of his Damage Deposit. Mr. Gregory did not want to pay for the fan that he broke. He called and left me threatening messages saying that I was stealing from his family. He called VRBO Customer Service and made the same accusation of them. Ofcourse I was not going to call a person I don't know who is threatening me. My husband and I made a decision, based on Mr. Gregory's behavior, to send his money back since he was not honoring the fact that he broke the ceiling fan. We chalked it up to a learning experience and we have now eliminated the Damage Deposit Option and have gone with Damage Insurance Policy. The insurance policy is what VRBO recommends. I have been fortunate that for so many years I have hosted so many wonderful guests. It is unfortunate for me that Mr. Gregory selected my home. I hope all future guests will read all of the fabulous reviews that I have received over the years. I truly do care about my guests' experience.

Great condo in good location
Paula, the owner, was great in communicating and providing suggestions this made the check in process and our stay enjoyable. We loved this condo, the pictures don’t really do this place justice! The lake view from the patio was amazing, the condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. The condo had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and baths. We also enjoyed the amenities offered at the community which includes multiple pools, basketball court, ping pong and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

This villa is amazing! The view is incredible and the outdoor space is so relaxing. I was impressed with the owner’s attention to detail and responsiveness. She provided so many helpful recommendations and was quick to respond via email and text to all of my questions. The high end furnishings and comfortable beds were a huge plus. We enjoyed the Beach Club pools and restaurant. The villa is spacious and in a convenient location with views that can’t be beat! I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous condo with fantastic views & amenities! Our group of 4 girls spent a long weekend there celebrating August & September birthdays & had a blast. Perfect Getaway
My family of 5 (3 kids ages 8/6/2) and my parents visited this property for Spring Break. It was a beautiful condo with amazing views. The owners were very responsible and communicative, and shared great info about the property and things to do. Kitchen fully stocked, bedrooms/baths were perfect and it really was a lovely neighborhood. Look forward to visiting again!

Lakes are for fun!
Love the resort feel but hate being cramped in a hotel? Me too! This property plus the resort style community made this vacation a 5 star treat! The home is clean, well equipped, comfortable, spacious with absolutely incredible lake views. We never ran out of fun things to do right from the property. I highly recommend renting a golf cart for your time there so you can park your car and leave it while riding the golf cart to the pools, on-site pool side restaurant, the marina, the park, the work our center or the smokehouse for the total relaxation. The pools were so quiet there were times we had the whole thing to ourselves. We rented a boat for a couple days and tubed all day without having to leave the community. We will surely be back! Perfect place for a GWO!
I selected this location to celebrate my birthday and have a Girls Weekend Out. Paula was a terrific host to work with and she made all kinds of wonderful restaurant and activity suggestions. The villa has the most spectacular view of Lake Travis and the balcony, with its lounge furniture, was perfect for chatting and relaxing. The layout of the villa was very accommodating for 8 girls and well stocked for everything that we needed. I highly recommend this home for your lake get away and I can not wait to visit with Paula again. Thank you!

Wonderful Location for Family Lake Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paula’s condo. Two families of 4 fit perfectly. The photos of the deck don’t do justice to the view. We enjoyed mornings and (especially) evenings out in the fresh air watching the boats in the lake. The kitchen is so well stocked. We had all of the tools, utensils, pots and pans needed to cook family dinners. Seating for 8 at the dining room table was perfect. The laundry room is also a nice amenity. We spent time at the beautiful Beach Club pool which was a highlight for the kids. We also rented a ski boat through VIP Marina and had an excellent experience with them, Waterloo Adventures was another fun excursion nearby. Paula was outstanding to work with, and we all agreed it’s one of our favorite vacation rental experiences to date. Thank you!

All the comforts of home plus a view
Our 6-night stay at this condo met or exceeded all expectations. Paula even put up a Christmas tree for our first-ever holiday away from home. The property is spacious and immaculate, with a well-equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy the quiet beauty of Texas hill country. Be aware that the location is a little remote, about 45 minutes to get to downtown Austin.

We rented this Villa for our Spring Break trip with 3 school aged children. The Villa was much bigger than expected, had all the amenities of home, VERY clean and well stocked.. you can tell it is a well-loved home. We swam in the lovely pools and roasted marshmallows at the gorgeous hilltop smoke house. There is so much to see and do - no matter what time of year you visit. The homeowner, Paula, was so easy to work with. This was a fantastic destination. Highly recommend. :)

Wish I didn't have to leave!
The Walker Villa is lovely and very well appointed! The view is incredible, we enjoyed our time on the large patio watching lake activities and the evening stars. The sailboats were my favorite. The until is very nice and comfortable. Our stay included my husband, myself and our 2 adult children, we had plenty of room! The units are very easy to access since they are only 3 level. The elevator is very handy as well. We hiked in the area, rented a boat, played golf and enjoyed the pool. You are 8-10 minutes from Lago Vista if you need supplies. You will not be disappointed in this villa or the Hollows development. A big shout out to Paula for the great care and service she offers when staying at her property!! I hope to return, enjoy!

Amazing views!
My family of six (including two children) were very comfortable in this spacious condo. Lovely modern and child friendly decor. Kitchen had every tool and appliance one would need. Owner responded very quickly when we needed help with the Wi-Fi password. Lots of amenities to enjoy at The Hollows. We grilled at "The Beach" while the kids played in the many pools there. We will definitely return.

Great house close with amazing view.
The apt is at a nice location close to the city and with an amazing view of the water. Paula was a great host and communicated well and had the home prepared for our arrival. We would love to stay again if we visit Austin.

Beautiful view; comfortable accommodations; wonderful hosts!
We had a delightful time with our family at the Hollows staying in the Walker's home. It was very attractive and commodious for our family. The master bed was exceptional!! The hosts were great to work with! The Hollows has the Beach Club, which was great for gathering and swimming after a day on the lake. We would enjoy returning and staying in the Walker's lovely home.

Best view of Lake Travis!
This is one of the nicest villas on Lake Travis! It has the best view ever! This villa is very spacious. We enjoyed walking to the Beach Club and seeing deer every evening. 💜

Great family vacation
The property was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our family vacation. We had 5 kids and 3 adults, everyone had enough space and enough to do. The balcony was great with an awesome view. The clubhouse had beautiful pools and a nice pool bar. Exceeded our expectations!

Thanksgiving Rental Review
The house has a lovely view of the lake and is very comfortable for a family, even had a few games for the kids. The complex is nice and has a number of areas for walking. The house had supplies for cooking and so we were able to make nice family meals together. Plenty of space between the rooms so that there was quiet time as well and the porch view is lovely.

Wonderful getaway location (perfect for a girls' weekend away)
We stayed at this place for an extended girls' weekend and loved every minute of it. The place is tucked away from the busy city, traffic, noises etc, offered a great view of Lake Travis (caught the sunrise from the balcony) and was spacious enough to easily accommodate 8 adults. Paula was extremely professional and helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed for the weekend. The area surrounding the property offers nice walking trails, and the Austin downtown was just a 30-40 min drive so we could have the best of the both worlds. Would highly recommend this place!!

The condo has a breath taking view, is very clean, and has everything you will need to stay here! Girls Trip
Beautiful condo! Very spacious and clean. There was 7 of us and PLENTY of room. We had our first girls trip and definitely plan on going back. We walked a lot of the trails and hung out by the pool. We called Paula, the owner, for some details about the trails and she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable with the area. We LOVED sitting out on the patio the best!! Awesome view and had a very nice breeze! I would recommend this condo to anyone and we will for sure be back in the future.
