  • Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom Lakefront Villa with panoramic Lake Travis and Hill Country views. The villa is newly furnished with decorator appointments providing comfort and luxury in a waterfront setting. Queen-size bed in master with plenty of closet space and an en suite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. Queen sleeper sofa in living room for your extra guests. The condo also has a large HDTV, DVD player, WiFi and a washer/dryer. Enjoy gorgeous lake and hill country views over Lake Travis from your patio with easy access to all the amenities of the Island on Lake Travis.

    Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

    The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.

    There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!

    When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

    We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Tranquil Retreat

I surprised my wife on her birthday. I had some friends show to have dinner at the facility. I recommend this place for anyone to visit. The lake and hill country views are simply beautiful.

We are repeat visitors to this condo. Love this condo and love this view! We just wish The Island would do some upkeep, because there is so much potential here. And of course, wish the lake would rise.

Beautiful get away!

Very nice view from the 2nd floor balcony. Balcony was a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. We didn't find the local grocery store until our last day there. 😜 Brookshire Brothers was the best option. Lowe's Market was a little pricey. The condo was furnished nicely. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there were numerous towels in the bathroom. The 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs were nice. The indoor pool was great! Very nice gym with lots of equipment. The view of the lake was awesome! Will definitely be back! Want to kayak next time we go! March was a little to cold to get in the lake.

Lago Vista

Needs some updates. Shower is small and no place to set your full size shampoo and soap. Hard to shave your legs because there is no foot rest. My husband has to use a shower chair and it barely fit. Plenty of room in the bedroom, needs a king size bed, only has a queen. The condo is well equipped and decorated nicely.

Island on Lake Travis

Our unit was lovely. Our hosts made sure everything was ready for us. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Our one complaint was the size of the bed. It was advertised as a queen, but was more the size of a double. The property was lovely, although its starting to show its age. Getting anywhere takes forever in the winding hilly area. We went to the in house reataurant one night. It is mildly adequate with a small menu selection and mediocre food. The beinets for dessert, however, were to die for, and there were lots of them.Overall, it was a lovely stay, but there should be more chairs down by the pools. That was a little annoying. Id certainly recommend a stay. Everyone we met was lovely, and the price was right.

Beautiful View ! and a really nice balcony and the apt. was very nice and clean and decorated superbly with Texas themed and the clocks were very interesting too. Didnt need anything but dish soap.we ran out as there was just a tiny bit in the bottle. and loaded the dishwasher but could not get it to start. it came on but never would start the cycle. there were towels left in dryer upon arrival . but we were not bothred by any of it. loved it and plan on renting the same one again sometime in the summer months. Thank you for keeping up the beautiful grounds too. enjoyed all the flowers and gardens .
