  • One bedroom one bath villa overlooks beautiful Lake Travis. Has 2 beds for friends wanting to catch up, have a game night or come to town for the various activities that happen around the hill country. Enjoy watching breathtaking memorable sunsets from your patio while sipping your favorite beverage. With one of the best views from the Island you won't ever want to leave your balcony!

    Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

    The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
    There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!

    Here, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

    We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, allowing guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

    Other Amenities Include:

We enjoyed the tranquility of Lake Travis from the balcony view. It was just so peaceful. We also enjoyed all the deer that were walking around the area.

The view of Lake Travis is spectacular. Condo needs more contemporary furnishings, but is comfortable. Full kitchen is well appointed. Complex is quiet, outdoor pools were clean and inviting.

All i can say about this property is...WOWWW!! My family of 4 were amazed at the entrance and just all around the entire property period. Deer are everywhere and super friendly deer waiting to be fed :) I have to say that this is the perfect location and the room felt so comfy and clean. Yea there was a few spiderwebs but that gave it a more vintage feel and dodnt mind it at all! We always struggle to find a nice spot over viewing the lake but not no more. Will always return to the Island for a beautiful and comfortable stay. Batteries went out for the tv remote called the property manager and was really quick to send for extras to be taken up to us immediately but thankfully we found extras:) Thanks again for a wonderful stay~ Sanchez Family

Weekend Getaway

The kids got to feed deer, we got to wake up to a beautiful view, and catch amazing sunset. About 30 min.- An hour away from several cool spots, and the drives around that area are gorgeous. Looking forward to the next opportunity we get to travel back.

This was my second time staying on The Island, and I enjoyed as if it were my first. The only issue we had was that the amount of active spider webs on the balcony made us a little uncomfortable. Other than that, amazing serene getaway.

The overall place was nice. Our condo was nice, but could use some overall updating and a deep clean. The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and lake and was nice. We enjoyed feeding the deer nightly. We enjoyed the beautiful lake- water was so clear. We enjoyed cliff jumping at the property, near the tennis courts.
