This is a lovely, well-maintained property in an excellent location. We stayed here over the winter holidays while visiting family in the Tarrytown neighborhood. The property is a quick two-minute drive to groceries, restaurants and pharmacy, and is very close to Zilker Park. Check-in/check-out instructions were well communicated.
A well appointed kitchen. Loved all the helpful info about things to do in Austin. We actually live nearby but were dislodged for home renovations, and we still enjoyed guide. Only tiny complaint would be that the right side of the king size bed is collapsing toward the edge. Surprisingly, it was still pretty comfortable. Oh, and there is a small loft-like window from the second medriom into the stairwell. This didn't affect us, but it might not work for someone else. It broke our hearts that we had to move to a different property when our construction ran into overtime. Not a shock; I'm sure this place is booked for every UT home game weekend.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. No negative experience that I can recall. Had an issue with the door lock when checking out, but the host was responsive and got it resolved quickly.
The property was great. Very clean, comfortable and well eqipped. Small kitchen, but we cooked dinner every night in it and had everything we needed. Loved the location! We were close to everything we wanted to do (bat watching, zilker park, the step mountain etc) i definitely recommend!
Good size, well utilized space. Clean and fairly well equipped (for cooking ). We enjoyed the location since it is in a nice and familiar (to
us ) area and close to campus.
Spacious and good parking.
Great place for family in quiet neighborhood. Coffee, linens, necessities provided just like a hotel. Also, short drive to the lake or downtown Austin. Also, there is a HEB just down the road. Much better value for our family than staying in Austin hotels... We will stay here again!
The unit is in an area where there are a lot of apartment/condo complexes along a fairly busy road, but it's quiet and comfortable. It's only a 5-10 minute rideshare to get downtown so the location really worked out great and it was cheaper than staying downtown for the F1 weekend. The unit itself is in good shape and had what we needed, although we weren't there much. The second bedroom is a pseudo-loft space with an opening facing the stairs which could be an issue with more people staying there. There are no restaurants, stores or other amenities in the area. Everything is a drive. That was fine with us, but if you want to wake up and walk to a coffee shop, this area isn't for you.Overall, we were really happy with our stay because our needs were simple and the price was right. The management company (Lodgewell) was very responsive and helpful, and they offered an inexpensive late check-out option.
Our family stayed here while our daughter attended camp at the University of Texas. This property was very clean, organized and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and located within minutes of all the activities we wanted to do. If anyone needs a place close to downtown or the university it was a very easy less than 10 minutes drive to the capital and campus. If we have an incoming Longhorn in 2023 we will be looking to stay here often. Thanks for a great week!

Lack of transparancy in pricing
The accomodation and ammenities were nice, however I was disapointed that the price changed based on the number of guests. I also think they per night rate that is listed should reflect the actual price per night. If there is an additional charge due to the number of guests (which makes no sense), then it should be updated in the "Price Per Night", not listed as an extra "additional charge". If possible could you please explain the thought process behind the rate change based on number of guests?

Good location but under construction
The downstairs of the apartment was remodeled and nice. The upstairs carpet is very outdated and has stains. We were very happy with the location but when we arrived the outside of the building was being remodeled and it was dirty looking and cluttered with debris I assume from the construction. It was Noisy from the construction the whole visit and at one point the water was turned off. There was a few Small things that disappointed us but were less important than the construction issue. They say they provide coffee in the listing but there was no coffee filters to make the coffee. The back door to the deck wouldn't lock and we only discovered this after my 15 year old son was startled by a construction worker hopping up onto the second floor balcony un announced while my son was napping on the sofa and we were at the store. This freaked him out and he went to make sure the back door was locked, it was broken and wouldn't lock. We checked out a day early and called to try to talk to the property manager about the issues they wouldn't call us but would only respond via email. I do appreciate them giving us a small refund on our stay (15% back) but after the experience we had I wouldn't stay here again and felt they should have compensated us more and disclosed in the listing that the building was under construction at the time.
