THE HOME
Spanning approximately 800 sq ft, The Juniper has been thoughtfully renovated throughout. The home is one half of a duplex, but the only shared wall is in the garage — all living spaces are completely private, and the home lives entirely like a standalone house.

Both bedrooms are designed for genuine rest, with medium memory foam mattresses and plush toppers on every bed:

Second bedroom — queen bed, 50` smart TV
The living room is anchored by a 65` 4K smart TV with YouTube TV included, and the full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer mean you`ll never feel like you`re roughing it.

The private, xeriscaped backyard is built for unwinding. After a day of exploring Austin, there`s nothing quite like soaking in the hot tub. The outdoor space is yours alone — no shared amenities, no neighbors overhead.
