Spacious Private Bedroom in Upscale Contemporary Home

Morning sunlight and vivacious house plants welcome you to this refuge in the city. This is a private 12' x17' furnished bedroom that has a private entry door, bathroom with rain shower and tub, luxury fixtures, WFH set-up desk and full-size monitors for a ready-for-you workstation. Shared17'x34' contemporary living room and kitchen, where weekly yoga and meditation events are hosted.

Located in Hyde Park, one block from Shipe Parke (complimentary access to neighborhood pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and the Ney Museum and gardens). One block from Fresh Plus Grocery, Asti, Julio's, Curra's, Hyde Park Bar&Grill, Quacks' Coffee Shop, and bus stop. Five minutes from downtown.

House built in 2005, with 2022 new french door refrigerator with purified water dispenser and ice, gas stove which vents to the outside, dishwasher, spacious sink and tile countertops. This contemporary 2/1 is meticulously clean and well maintained by the good-natured, on-site landlord.
