Rooms are clean and maintained good but pretty old and TV is really very old they should update all smart TV. Instead of old soaps for hand wash it’s better if they change soap bars to hand wash liquid. Towels are clean and dry. I felt hotels are following 15 to 20 yrs old style and new generation likes new changes in the hotel.

We checked out after 1 night. I have to say the staff was amazing and helpful. We had an issue the hotel and hotels.com took care of immediately! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

It was a great place to meet up with family! The breakfast options were great and to have a nice piece of fruit of a chocolate chip cookie in the late afternoon - a nice treat.

The front desk staff were awesome. My complaints are the property needs to be remodeled. The curtains had holes in them, and the carpet in the closet was coming up and there were more cosmetic issues. Also, the TV's were old and often didn't work in the front room. The Internet sucked, and we did not know to ask for our room to be cleaned everyday. Breakfast needs improvement.

Was a nice room

The check in process was beyond easy and I was given a welcome goody bag with a bottle of water and some snacks. The room was comfortable and the AC was super cold, which with the humidity in Austin, was a must! I didn't feel like my dead bolt worked but I latched the door and a chair was put under the door handle. We were full house with state UIL competition going on and hotels were booked like crazy. Could be the reason the room was on the pricey side??

I waited to complete this review. I wanted to reflect and not do a knee jerk. We booked the 2 bedroom for myself, hubby and adult son as we were in town for a funeral. The space was nice. The room mostly clean. The dimly lit outside and being behind a closed resturant is not appealing at night. We asked for room cleaning, at least towels and trash removal the day of the funeral, it was never done. The air vents are full of lint. The door lock did not work correctly. We were missing a light bulb ( was replaced) and the bathroom lighting was not fixed during out stay. The sweet lady at the desk asked for these to be fixed for us; they were not. Too expensive, even for a 2 BR, for this property. Would not book again.
