PRESIDENTIAL SUITE: King Bed. Separate in room Bathroom. TV.
SECOND BEDROOM: Queen Bed. TV.
SECOND BATHROOM: Located in the living space of the unit.
SLEEPER SOFA: Located in the Living Room of the Unit.
FULL KITCHEN: Including Fridge. Dishwasher. MicroWave. Dishes etc.
WASHER DRYER: Located in the unit.
POOL: BBQ: FIRE PIT: Access to all guests. Located on the roof of the complex.
INTERNET: Available in room for a nominal fee.
RESTAURANT: NO RESTAURANT services on site. You are within walking distance to eating places.
PHOTOGRAPHS: The attached photographs are not the exact room. However they represent the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE UNITS available at this site.
PARKING: On site Garage Parking. There is a $30 per day parking fee. 24 hours IN/OUT
access.

You may not need a Rental Vehicle if you are not leaving the basic SXSW Venue.
