Nice location and cute house

We had a family wedding and reception at the Wishing Well which was very close to the house. It was a great set up for us with kids and younger grandkids. It was very clean and the beds very comfortable. If ever in the area again we would stay there!

Bridal Party Hangout

I rented this house for my daughter and her bridal party for her wedding weekend in Georgetown. The house was the perfect space for the number of girls in the party. The house was clean and decorated so cutely. It was located close to downtown Georgetown, so it made travel to the rehearsal and wedding easy. 10/10 recommend!

Adorable small town cottage

This adorable and extremely clean cottage was perfect for our sisters get away! Devon was spot on and immediate in all communications and extremely reactive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of room for our 4 sister crew! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Devon!

The home was perfect for my family of six. Nicely designed and my favorite was the most comfortable beds ever slept on. The property manger was always in communication when we need something. We will stay again when in Georgetown.

Wonderful Stay

This is a beautiful house with a great layout for our family (5 adults total - 3 college-age children and us). Everything we needed inside and the outside deck was perfect for a small (8-10 people) graduation celebration. It is about 3-4 blocks from the western edge of Southwestern's campus and about 3-4 blocks east of the downtown square, so it is ideally located if you are willing to make a short walk either way. Perfect for us!

Perfection!

This house was perfectly located within walking distance to many great restaurants and our friend’s wedding venue at Wish Well House. The house had everything we needed and was clean. It looks just like the pictures online. The backyard outdoor seating area was great for relaxing in the evenings. I would HIGHLY recommend this house and property manager.

Good location

The location was perfect for a local wedding. The house was clean, directions presented well, linens and bedding were great. The only weird things were there was no AC in the master, so hot at night, the 2nd bath is right in the living room, so limited privacy and the house sleeps 5 or 6, but only has living room seating for 3. None of those weird things kept us from having a great trip.

Just Like on HGTV...

This home is straight out of a "reveal" on HGTV. The decor is comfortable, yet beautifully appointed. The linens and amenities are exceptional, including a few drinks in the fridge as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. It is also within walking distance to town and has a nice barbecue in the backyard. To top it all off, the owners have high standards but seem relaxed and uncomplicated. They have a well thought out plan for managing the property and it shows.
