Our place can accommodate up to 9 guests in 3 bedrooms and the living room:
• Bedroom #1: 1 queen-size bed
• Bedroom #2: 1 queen-size bed
• Bedroom #3: 1 queen-size bed and 1 twin bed
Living Room: Large Sofa Bed + two large comfy chairs to pull out into single beds

We provide linens and pillows, and the bedrooms have ample closet space so you can unpack. The bedrooms also include top-of-the-line smart TVs, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and large windows.

Our home has two full bathrooms, one with a glass-walled walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo. We provide fluffy towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Want to get a head start on your post-trip laundry? Feel free to use our new washer and dryer.

Of course, you’re not only coming to Austin to sleep. The home also has a full kitchen, dining area, and comfy living room so you can kick back and hang out with your travel companions.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, including dishes, cookware, and glasses. Appliances include a stainless steel fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There’s also a toaster, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker with capsules so you can prepare the perfect breakfast.

Dine in style at either the breakfast bar, which has 4 barstools, or at the gorgeous oak dining table, which can seat 10 on chairs and benches.

On the other side of the kitchen, you’ll find a spacious living room, which has a couch, oversized armchairs/loveseats (which unfold into beds), and a smart TV. Movie night, anyone?

The entire house has fast Google Fiber WiFi, and both heat and air conditioning are available so you’ll stay comfortable year-round.

Great Locarion!

We were there for the State Track and Field Meet, and it was a great location to stay! It’s about a mile of so from the track stadium. Lots of activities and restaurants were close by. I would stay here again!

Everything Austin has to Offer Inside and Out

Our group of six came to town for the K-State-Texas game; everything from check-in to check-out was a breeze. The house had everything you needed whether you were spending your time there or not. There are dozens of highly-rated bars, restaurants and more within walking distance, plus the hosts had several recommendations to offer. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We felt that the location and proximity to restaurants and nightclubs was very good. The house was not as attractive or as spotless as the photos. None of the bedrooms had dressers or even luggage racks, so the luggage sat on the limited floor space. If you plan to watch any television, know your passwords for streaming channels. It would also be wonderful if stadium chairs or outdoor seating was available so guests can enjoy sitting outside!

This is a very nice house located close to the Austin music scene. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The hosts are very nice and very responsive. They were also very accommodating and understanding when I had a brain freeze and forgot when we were supposed to be checking out.

Overall very good experience at this property. Stayed during sxsw with husband and another couple. We all had enough space, and house was stocked with extra towels, sheets, and basic kitchen items. Very easy walk to 6th Street. House could use a very good deep clean, but would come back.
