Welcome to your own quiet oasis...just minutes from all the action and food Austin has to offer. This stunning 2 bed/2.5 bath property was built in February of 2022. The fully stocked kitchen, upscale finishes, high ceilings and comfortable beds will make you feel right at home! Complete with a huge private backyard and one car garage...it is perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay!

The Space:
The property is 100% fenced in with a gated driveway for security. The driveway is shared with another home but the backyard is completely private. Brand new single family home built in February of 2022

Surrounded by trees...you will forget that you are so close to downtown. Downtown is a short drive away with a route that avoids most of the traffic. Ladybird lake, many restaurants and stores...including Walgreens, Starbucks and the best tacos in Austin...are a short walk away.

One car garage on the property. Very Easy to get an Uber downtown…only a 10 min ride.

Great location and host!

Jonathan was a great host and his place was perfect for 5 of us. The location is perfect to get to downtown or south Congress. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and the house had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Austin area.

Great getaway close to city

House is in a nice, quite neighborhood conveniently located to South Congress and Palmer Events center. The fenced yard and greenery made it feel like a calm refuge. Perfect for my husband, myself, and a friend.

Amazing Stay

What a perfect vacation rental! We loved the contemporary high-contrast look of the home with gorgeous tile and lighting accents. It was extremely clean with fabulous amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were sparklingly beautiful. The rental was also extremely convenient to downtown, the east side, Travis Heights, and Barton Springs. Check-in and check out were super easy and quick. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
