This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had; we arrived to an unclean home with bugs in the beds and dust and bugs all over the house. We then discovered bed bugs in the beds upstairs so we relocated and consolidated in the downstairs master and couch. The cherry on top to this horrendous experience was a fire alarm going off for 11 hours staring mid-morning, the owner did not have a real sense of urgency or ownership in resolving the issue. I was given 2 codes to try to deactivate the alarm system, both of which didn't work then finally when it woke me at 11p, I manually removed the alarms, which was directly unsafe in that one of the alarms is awkwardly over the stairs and secondly, the house is chilling without alarms at the moment. We ended up leaving Austin as soon as schedules permitted. All in all, I hate to say it but wouldn't recommend that anyone stay at this property.
