MAIN HOME: The large main home features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a dining room with plenty of seating to enjoy group meals, and a spacious living room to relax in. Curl up on the large couches to enjoy your favorite show on the 65” flat-screen TV!
On the main floor, you’ll find Bedroom One with a King-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom Two is also fitted with a King-sized bed and has a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was in close driving and walking distance to a lot of shops, breweries and restaurants. We will definitely return since we now have family in the area!
This property is in a great neighborhood with easy walking distance to Austin local cafes, restaurants and bars. Downtown Austin and SoCo is also easily accessible by car, bike, or a longer walk. The location was also great for day visits to other Texas cities (i.e. 1 hour to San Antonio). We had a family of 7,and were comfortable with space for gathering or separate sleeping areas (apartment at garage). We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative....it appears that listing location shares TV service with others, so watching playoff football was frustrating...getting kicked off signal repeatedly. Listing said Sling was available for us to use.
The house was exactly described in pictures. My friends and I had a wonderful July 4th stay here and spent a lot of time in the house because it was just that comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again!

We had five adults, each needing their own bedroom, and a large area for hanging out. This property was excellent for 5 guys, aged 42 to 77, to enjoy Austin, Texas football, BBQ, and all that Austin has to offer. Was a great stay. Property management was very responsive to one minor issue, and resolved it very quickly. Was an excellent base for our Austin activities. Will rent again. Deserves highest ratings.
Perfect for Parents of Bride and Close Friends to Stay to Attend Austin Destination Wedding
The "Yellow House" with the 2 bedroom 1st floor garage apartment was perfect to stay to attend the wedding of our daughter and now son in law who reside in an apartment near Sunset Valley with close "Aunties" and "Uncles." Home was roomy and the kitchen was large enough to cook and feed our crew including the wedding couple. The upstairs bedroom suite was amazing! Location of the property totally central with easy access to Sunset Valley, the city for Rehearsal Dinner and venue in Dale, Tx. Would highly recommend!
We stayed here with two other couples. Plenty of space for everyone. Every thing was close to us. Usually about 10 minutes or so. Very Uber friendly. The master suite is amazing! The house is well stocked and very clean. Lots of ceiling fans which is a huge plus. Smart tvs. We will stay again next time we are in town.
The location was perfect for our Austin ramblings. Photos of the rental are true to furnishings. Management company responsive to call regarding kitchen sink clog followed by a call regarding nonfunctioning dishwasher.
For higher overall rating, we encourage management company to review unit for amenities —to name a few: # of dinner plates, bowls, wine glasses to # of guests unit accommodates. Providing hot pads, dish cloth, cutting knives (not just serrated steak knives) and a dish rack — these are basic kitchen necessities. Bathrooms need towel bars. Would it possible to leave/allocate additional bath towels to guests? One bath towel per person for a 5 night stay is not enough. One hair dryer for 3 bathrooms?
Staying at an Austin luxury vacation rental with the inconsistencies in amenities left us feeling blah. Y’all can do better!

Place was great; pests a minor issue
We noticed tiny ants in the refrigerator and a saw a bunch of cockroaches in the house. It hardly ruined the experience, but it’s something the property manager might want to look into. Had to ask multiple times for the check-in info which was a minor annoyance. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
We were very comfortable. The house and garage apartment are spacious, the beds very comfortable, my couple texts with owner/manager were answered promptly. The kitchen was well supplied but could use a few more drinking glasses. I would not hesitate to rent again.
This property was perfect for our stay in Austin! The home was clean and comfortable, and ideally located. As there were three couples, this was the perfect property for us as each couple had their own bathroom, along with relatively private spaces. The furnishings were all really comfortable and allowed for everyone to spend time together relaxing after our busy days. The tree swing and picnic table in the yard were great places for us to unwind as well.
Location-wise, it really was perfect. Easily within 10 minutes of many of the wonderful attractions that Austin has to offer, and walkable to quite a few restaurants and coffee shops.
All in all, the property was everything we hoped it would be, and helped make our first visit to Austin a terrific success. I would unquestionably recommend this property, and would definitely stay there again.
Very nicely finished house, comfortable and clean. Second bathroom on main floor could use some towel bars. Maybe room for a second guest car on the drive-street got kind of crowded. Great location!
We were in Austin for our son's wedding and booked this house nearly a year in advance - I'm so glad that we did. It was perfect. Beautifully furnished, plenty of space. We rented the 3BR house for us and our adult children and the 2BR apartment for our older aunt aunt and uncle to give them privacy and not stairs.
We will definitely seek this property for or next visits to Austin.
Beautiful house for 5 friends college reunion! So close to everything! Loved the small grocery store and coffee shop around the corner. We rented bikes and south Congress was fabulous for shopping and bikes the path by Barton springs! Beautiful place!
Great place to stay in Austin. The house was great, clean and spacious and had all the amenities that were described. The location was great and it was easy to get around the city or walk to the park, a coffeeshop or restaurant. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager. We highly recommend staying here.
