Welcome to Van Gogh On The Green. Beautiful Art Inspired ranch style vacation rental with high ceilings. Quiet, family neighborhood with fenced yard. Open the back gate and you are in a lush greenspace with creek and hiking trails. Great for kids and pets. 65", 55", and 49" Roku TV's. Pet fee is $60 per stay per pet.

Giant, super comfortable LR sectional. 1.3 miles to HEB Center, 2 miles to Haute Spot, 20 min. to Kalahari Resort, 24 miles to downtown Austin. Dine with breathtaking views of Lake Travis at the Oasis Restaurant.
Our neighborhood has certain rules and regulations that we, as the owners, must comply with. The below rules are structured for us to be in compliance:
Booking- Our Home is to be reserved by Families. Our rental is NOT for parties or events. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Guests - A valid photo I.D. such as a driver’s license or passport must be on the guests profile before booking. All guests must be listed by first and last names that will be occupying the Vacation Rental. This can be done on the app when booking, -------- will ask for the names of the guests coming. Please fill out this section. You may also send this names directly in the messages on the -------- app. Only those people listed may stay overnight.
Check-in/out - Tenant may check-in anytime after 3:00 pm. Premises must be vacated by 11:00 am unless a later check-out has been pre-approved.
Age Requirement - The person who books must be at least 21 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests. No exception. Occupancy - If friends or relatives will be visiting you at the home, please inform us as to how many people will be visiting. Vistors must leave the home by 10 pm.
Noise and Neighborhood - Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property residential area. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
Guests must notify the Owner of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
Parties and Functions - Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental. Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding noise. This is not a party house. When the booking is made, the guest must message us explaining briefly the purpose of your visit.
Driving/Parking - There is a 2 vehicle limit. Both cars should be parked in the driveway at all times. Any additional vehicles must be approved in advance during the booking process. Under no circumstances will any vehicle be parked in front of any neighbor’s home at any time. Our neighbors will complain. No boats, Jet Skis , motorcycles, or trailers allowed at any time on the property.
Subletting/Assigning/Occupancy - There shall be no subletting of the premises. The renter shall occupy and use the premises as a vacation rental only and not use the premises for any business, professional, unlawful, or hazardous purpose. No filming or photography shoots are permitted unless approved in advance during the booking process.
Accidents - Accidents happen. Please contact Owner when they do. Chances are they can be fixed.
. Security - Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental. You may smoke outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. In the Vacation Rental there is a strict no drug policy.
Pets - Pets are permitted at the Vacation Rental. Guests must inform us as to the breed and size of all pets, as well as send a few pics of pets to us when the booking is complete. Pet fee is $20 Day/Pet. Pet fee will be sent separately after booking is complete and must be paid before check-in. PLEASE, NO CANDLE BURNING ALLOWED

Another stay at this house. Perfect for me and my dogs. Great location, easy access to everything we need to do, great back yard for pups to run and play. House is well-furnished and comfortable.
Great two night stay for me and my pups. Easy access from major roads and close to everything we needed. Big backyard with plenty of room for the pups to run and play. Well appointed and well stocked. No issues of any kind. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable well-appointed home. We stayed with our two grandchildren, during my daughters wedding weekend. Safe, friendly neighborhood for the kids to scooter and walk to parks. Appreciate that HEB is close by, too!
We stayed at this property for an all-weekend event at Ice and Field at the CrossOver, which was just 3 minutes away. There were 3 children and two adults. Location was perfect for us and enjoyed being close to Costco and shopping center. Check in was smooth with a code for keypad lock. There were beetles and bugs in and around the entry way, perhaps due to weather. There were dead bugs under the kitchen table and various other areas. Host was made aware and was quick to respond to messages. Neighborhood was quiet and had good walkability. We did not cook there so cannot speak to how the kitchen was equipped. We did utilize keurig machine and plates for pastries etc.
Good location & access to Austin. Nice amenities, with comfy furniture, well-stocked kitchen and inviting outdoor space. Be advised if traveling with any mobility issues, entrance has two steps to get into the home, and also a raised foyer that requires anyone staying in the two guest rooms to be able to navigate going up & down frequently without issue. This presented a considerable challenge for us and my 93 yr-old dad, who uses a walker.
The property was clean and had all the comforts of home. Great outdoor area and neighborhood for long walks. The owners responded quickly to any questions.
I was a little worried with the lack of reviews here but do not worry, this is a great experienced rental property. We stayed with my in laws and young son to visit nearby family and it was great for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the backyard was a great hang out space. Would definitely return here
