Issue I had was with staff. Not sure if the person who helped me was inexperienced but she charged my card 4x which locked my card and then told me my card was declined. My bank confirmed the charge went through. It was a daunting experience after I’ve been traveling that day for 10 hours. My service experience was terrible but the property was great. Hotel common areas and rooms were clean. Beds comfy. Shower spacious. Overall okay.

I only stayed one night, but it was still a pleasant visit. The main highlight was the room! The only downside was that my tv remote didn’t work the first night for me to watch anything outside of the Marriott Bonvoy channel.
