The Space


Open kitchen with stainless appliances, tall ceilings, breakfast bar, and tile backsplash. Spacious family room plus formal dining with laminate wood floors. Primary suite features a full bath with garden tub, separate walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs game room is perfect for entertaining. Ceiling fans, double-pane windows, and an indoor utility room with washer/dryer.

Outdoor Area & Amenities


Private, fenced backyard with a covered patio. We provide biodegradable body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for guests.

Guest Access & Availability


Guests have access to the entire home except the garage. We’re available by text if you need anything during your stay.

Security & Cameras


For safety and property monitoring, three exterior security cameras are located (1) at the driveway by the garage, (2) at the front entryway, and (3) on the back patio. There are no cameras inside the home. Please do not disable or cover them.
