The Village of Briarcliff has it all, including a Marina on Lake Travis with Boat and Jet Ski rentals, a dog park, a fabulous Lake front restaurant, Willie Nelsons Golf course, hike/bike trails, pickleball courts, and a playground for the kids. The location is amazing (not waterfront) but beautiful views of Lake Travis.. only 2 minutes to Lake Fun. The decks overlook the large fenced yard and enjoy amazing Views of Lake Travis and the Hill Country. Conveniently located 2 minutes from the Briarcliff Marina or 4 minutes to Pace Bend Park, easy Lake Travis access for swimming, fishing, floating, boating, kayaking, hiking, etc.

The 1,800 square-foot interior boasts exposed beams stretching over the stone fireplace and Large Flat screen TV. Cuddle up on the plush seating as you admire the view and wildlife from the wall to wall windows! Chic tile floors extend into the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, including a DOUBLE OVEN! Pull up a bar stool to dine at the eat-in kitchen or gather around the rustic wooden dining table to enjoy your meals and play cards or games together! Open the glass doors to admire the panoramic views of Lake Travis and rolling landscapes of the Texas Hill Country. After spending the day out boating on the water, settle into one of the chairs on the lower balcony with a glass of wine or grill your fresh catch on the charcoal grill! The main level of the house boasts 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the Master Suite awaits on its own floor with a Queen bed and private balcony. Fishing Tournament

This Briarcliff home provided a great place for our needs in attending a two day highschool fishing tournament held at Pace Bend Park. Its proximity to the park was perfect. The owner cares deeply to make sure your stay is as good as it can be. The home is very clean and was great for our group of 6.

Briarcliff Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property, which perfectly fit our needs. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The property is pet friendly, which is why we selected it. The house is close to the marina, and a local restaurant. It is also just a few miles from Pace Bend Park where you can drive right up to the water and swim. We would definitely book again.

Awesome weekend nead Pace Bend Park

We were in town for the Otillo Swim Run Austin event and booked this home as it was very convenient to the venue. The owner was super communicative and friendly, the house was immaculate and comfortable. It was way nicer than the online description (more spacious, primarily) and we felt so at home! A welcome basket was so thoughtful and we could not have had a nicer place to relax before and after our event. We'll be back here for future races for sure!!

We had a great weekend at this property. Very clean and nice details. I liked the fact the appliances were modern and they provided a Keurig w/ pods. The location was also great -- lots of interesting places near by and you can easily walk to the lighthouse restaurant/bar (good happy hour too). In short we had a very relaxed weekend and already miss it. Rent with confidence.

Quiet neighborhood and great communication

We traveled here to witness the 2024 eclipse. We did not travel outside the house much to avoid crowds and delays that happened with that event. The house is well maintained and cleaned. We liked the location and there is a lovely playground and walking trail very close to the house which my kids loved. There is plenty of space for everyone in the house and a nice sized yard. The host is great with communication and gives a lot of suggestions for local destinations. She was texting with me weeks before the trip and gave great instructions.

Traveled to Spicewood for a wedding! What a fabulous time we had! This home was perfect for us! Nestled in a great neighborhood with a beautiful view from the balcony! Family Friendly!

The property was quiet, very clean, and well stocked. It was close to a number of things to do and Jill, the property contact person, was wonderful. She had great suggestions for entertainment and was prompt with instructions on check in and check out. She even found our youngest grandaughter's missing stuffed bear and is mailing it back to us!! Kudos Jill, you went above and beyond to ensure we had a good visit with family. There were several deer that came by each day. The decks were fun for the grandkids and were surrouned by a railing that kept them safe. We had six grandkids and four adults staying there and there was plenty of room, enough towels and hot water for everyone to shower and the kitchen was well stocked. The house as a whole was very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. Thanks Jill for all your efforts to think of the small things and to make us feel welcome!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Absolutely wonderful experience. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to any concerns. Easy and friendly communication on arrival and during the stay. We stayed a week and absolutely loved it. Tons of deer to feed. Nice park for the children to play. Loved the balcony view. The owners made us feel like home. You won’t regret choosing this one. Exceptional communication, beautiful property, amazing neighborhood, and on top of all that, the house is truly comfortable, clean, and full of big windows with views for days! Jill was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She was super thorough with communicating, the check-in process, and even put together a wonderful gift basket. She also provided a detailed list of restaurants and activities in the area. Her recommendations did not disappoint, you’ve got to try the light house! This home was super spacious and perfect for the six of us. The view from the deck is amazing and provides the perfect environment for stargazing. 10/10 would recommend!

New Years Family Trip

Great property. Jill was wonderful to communicate with. We got this house because it was located near our friends that were staying in Spicewood for NYE. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay!
