the most disgusting property ever. asked for non/smoking a got a room soon with a cigarette butt right in the door smelling like smoke. half of the lights didn’t work. the hair dryer and iron were taken away. the shower curtain smelt of pee. nothing clean in sight. just utter gross!!

Hotel needs renovation. Bathroom dated, shower hand rail missing, towel rail needed tightening fell down twice, and coat rack had one screw hanging loose. Would fall if loaded with heavy coats. Room and beds were satisfactory., but needed treatment for bugs and ants.

Even though it was a non smoking room it still somewhat smelled of smoke. Carpet had stains. The breakfast was disappointing, just some toast and cereal as options. Staff were friendly and professional but the hotel itself was disappointing.

My first problem was owner not finding my reservation. Problems escalated when he put a hold on my debit card for the entire amount I had already prepaid. When I looked again, I found 2 holds for the entire amount I had prepaid. My argument that a hold for incidentals shouldn't be the entire cost of the stay and SHOULD be more like %50 or $100 went unheard. Lastly, as usual in other Days Inn, the towels and bedsheets did not have that bleach freshness to them.

Disgusting

This is a great location but the place is really dirty, and even saw cockroaches, pillow cases were dirty, corner in the bathroom had accumulation of dust...and so on, not worth the price.

I pre payed for a King room and when we got there they had given our room to someone else. When they finally got us a room it was a double and there was a guy in the room spraying it with febreeze.

Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves

Grossly overpriced, parking lot and walkways full of beer caps, broken bottles and cigarette butts. Breakfast bread, raisin bran and fruit loops, door keys did not work, room doors were filthy. Maid stole daughter in laws under garments, tee shirts from drawer searched her cart found her hair dryer, tooth brush hair clip. Hotel employee put their room on a check out sheet day early, so maid took things in room and did not turn them in. Was promised phone call got nothing, was charged $15.00 per nite xtra for dog, not worth it. Big waste of money. Wyndham resorts shoyld check this property out ....they would be embarrassed. If not shame on them.

All corners in bathroom were disgustingly dirty. Anyone over 5ft. Had to bend at the waste to use shower.

This is a run down property. The toilet paper holder had no bar. The shower head was not secured. The water pressure was abysmal. And the BEST part was the roaches. Killed at least one, and found several crawling on me during the night.

Owners Accuse Guest of Stealing

I was accused of stealing one of their blankets by the owner. I tried to tell her that her maid gave it to me. My son had thrown up all over it and she told me if I wanted to I could keep it and wash it because if not she was going to throw it in the dumpster. So I got kicked out of the hotel because of something I didn’t do.

Horrible, disgusting, from the large roach, dead on its back in front of my door and the pervasive odor of cat piss in the parking lot to the holes in the wall where I think there was once a rod and hangers so didn't have those. Two packets of decaf coffee... Do not stay here!

Disgusting, don't stay here

This was the worst experience. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, we got a smoking room. I requested a crib & selected this property because they said they offer them: THEY DON'T. To quote, "there are zero cribs on the property." When we walked into the room, the floor was covered in leaves and debris, like the door had been left open while they were cutting the grass and the leaf blower blew it all inside. Then hotels.com had the audacity to question if I was "sure it was a smoking room" WHILE I STARED AT THE ASHTRAY SITTING ON THE NIGHTSTAND IN FRONT OF ME. Then they tried to refuse to refund us even though we were leaving the property & not staying in that dump. Finally after some heated words they processed the refund.
