Rebecca was a grear communicator and very accommodating. I was slightly worried about the area but it turned out to be a really great and quiet spot. Entire apartment to ourselves and it was clean and conveniently located in south Austin. The apartment has a tv in the bedroom and the living room as well, which was nice. The price is an absolute steal for what you get. Definitely coming back.

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. This one-bedroom apartment in South Austin is in an excellent location, easy to get to and convenient for getting around the city.The place was exactly as described: clean, simple, and comfortable, with everything in good working order. It’s a no-frills apartment in the best way and has everything you need for a solid stay.The Wi-Fi was reliable, the TVs were great, and having coffee and basic essentials available was a nice touch. Check-in instructions and directions were clear and easy to follow.The hosts were great; very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends visiting Austin.

The apartment was a bit more dated than we anticipated, but it was still comfortable and nice overall. If you’re traveling with a large suitcase, be aware that you’ll need to carry it up a couple of flights of stairs to reach the unit. On our last night, we did have to file a noise complaint due to loud neighbors partying into the early morning hours. That said, the apartment was clean, centrally located, and the host was very communicative. Overall, we had a good experience. It was a great spot for a two night stay.
