Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-(1) Dog Allowed. Pet Fee + Pet Deposit Required.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Great home in a wonderful location!

Easy access to lots of great restaurants... well stocked home with anything you need (extra towels, kitchen well equipped). Cozy house perfect for a small family!

Charming, cozy and great location

Stayed in the Fawn bungalow while my daughter attended UT swim camp for a week and it was like being at home away from home. The house is adorable and so well kept. The location was excellent and only minutes from everything. Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back any time we are up in Austin. The communications from Renters Club were excellent and they were very responsive.

Cute bungalow

Great location for walking to restaurants and quick & easy Uber drive to downtown Austin. Quiet neighborhood, nicely appointed bungalow. Would stay there again.

Family Girls Trip to Austin

My mom, sister and I had the best trip. The house was the perfect location out of the main city but we could walk or drive into the city when we wanted to. The house had everything we needed and the rental agency was super responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

Cute bungalow for small group

We had a great time staying at Fawn. It was centrally located and across the street from a beautifully green trail along the creek. The beds were comfy and it was a great place to stay in Austin for a smaller group.

Great stay for ACL

We were thrilled at how close this lovely house is to everything in Austin. The neighborhood is quiet, the green belt has nice trails for walking and running and it’s a quick walk to the best restaurants and venues around.

Great Location

A great stay in sunny Austin!

We had a fabulous time staying in this cozy bungalow! This is a great location for concerts and getting to see all of Austin no matter what you're planned trip is for. The arrangements were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Quick Austin Trip over the holidays

The family (wife, two kids under 6) rented this place for a short stay in Austin over the holidays. It was a great home base for us - the kids loved the bunk beds and how close we were to the Alliance Childrens Garden just minutes away. The adults loved it for how close we were to the restaurants on Lamar and Congress.

Just the right space

The house was beautiful. It had enough room for the 4 of us. The house was beautifully done and decorated. Its close enough to everything wether you travel by car, scooter or walk. But far enough away that your not right down town. We had an amazing stay.

Perfect location

Amazing location and a very cute small house. No worries about parking. It is a quiet street w plenty of parking either on the driveway or the street. The Greenbelt in front of the house has a small stream and connects with the trail system in Austin.

Great spot

We went for my sister’s bachelorette party (small chill group) and the place was perfect for that. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, the basics for using the kitchen. The only thing missing was a duvet on the top bunk bed, but we made do we blankets. The property manager was responsive and allowed for a late checkout. The location was close to all the fun things. Overall, would stay again.

Great Location.

House was in a great location, clean, and very nice to sleep in. It was our own fault that we did not pay attention to the 1 bathroom, so for six people that was a lot of time waiting. Living room open into kitchen is nice, but living room is not that big. Did not matter to us as we spent most of our time out, but if you a looking to chill with six people at the house there is not enough room for everyone to sit and watch tv. Would rent again.

Austin Girls Getaway

Our location was great. Located by a nature preserve with walking trails we were able to walk to Terry Blacks for dinner and other places easily. What we like the most was the communication with our hosts. We had a few questions and requests and our host replied clearly and quickly - even on the weekend. Our rental was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable!

Just one hiccup

I would fire you cleaning crew. The bath tub drain was clogged from the moment you turned on the water. With four people using the shower it was aweful. I didn't drain for 90 minutes or so. No way the cleaning crew missed this, they were just lazy, in my opinion. The property, location and remaining amenities were great! Nice neighbors too!

A happy ending

When we arrived the property was not ready. However, the team responsible sent cleaners over and fixed the issue in a few hours. Otherwise we had a great stay in a comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood. Readily accessible by foot to all of the attractions on S 1st and for walkers out to Ladybird Lake, the Congress St Bridge and DT Austin. There's a nature trail on Bouldin Creek right across the street. With one bathroom maybe just family but our kind and patient friends didn't mind sharing.

Convenient and Comfortable Visit to Austin

We enjoyed this quiet location close to Barton Springs, visiting on the front porch, and coming back to very comfortable beds after a busy day out and about!
