  • Step into a charming home located in the Willow-Spence Historic District. This spacious, single-story house features an open living room and large kitchen, ideal for hosting gatherings with family or friends.

    The home includes three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms, with queen and full beds, share a full bathroom.

    Outside, the patio provides a peaceful space for relaxation, and the small yard is perfect for grilling or unwinding.

    Please note, a soup kitchen is located nearby, and there may be individuals experiencing homelessness in the adjacent parking lot. In the 2.5 years I lived here, I’ve never had any issues, but I want to be transparent so you can feel informed and at ease.

    Situated just minutes from downtown Austin, this home provides easy access to local dining, entertainment, and all the excitement the city has to offer.

The location was outstanding - close to many restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The house was spacious, had everything we needed, a very comfortable vibe.

Clean, Cozy Place Near Rainey Street

Comfortable, very clean accomodations with plenty of space in this 3-bedroom. Stayed here for my first time in Austin, TX for it's convenient location near Rainey St and the River. The only downside I would say is it's next to a park where some homeless like to hang out, but we never felt unsafe. All in all very pleased with our stay.
