Dream stay for families and friends! Two houses next to each other with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 baths, two big fenced yards sleep up to 10 people. Perfect for family or big group travelers. Located at Austin's hottest neighbor "Holly", the houses are walkable to the best restaurants, breweries, food trucks in town! Only 12 minutes from airport and 4 mins to downtown, Moody, UT and major event venues!

5.Guests must sign a short-term rental agreement and a $300 security deposit hold which will be released 7 days after checkout if no damages reported.
6. Please share the reason for your visit when booking. The host may cancel if the stay doesn’t feel like a good fit.
