I had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location made it easy to enjoy everything Austin has to offer, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in their property. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin.

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
The only way this place might be worth a stay is if you’re traveling with a group and you book the entire property. If you’re traveling alone, please avoid at all costs! I was the only guest staying on the property and to say it was creepy is an understatement. The host responds with AI and doesn’t seem remotely open to communicating in any capacity. It felt very corporate run and zero heart behind any interaction. On top of that, the “charming train sounds” they describe in the listing is completely misleading and a downright lie. The tiny house is literally directly next to the train tracks and the train runs all night long, basically every hour. It is so loud, the house shakes and the windows rattle. I was here for work and got no rest, which was impossible to make up. I left after the first night and when I asked for a refund or to at least be moved to another house on the property, further from the train, the host just cancelled my reservation and kept 300 of the 570 I spent. For ONE night. They also threatened to call the police if I wasn’t out by 6pm, even though I explained multiple times I was there for work. I’ve truly never had a worse experience renting a short term place and likely never will again. Hilarious I had to revise my review bc of my opinion on corporate greed.
