"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield by IHG. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, well-maintained environment. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, all presented with care and freshness. The hotel’s facilities were excellent and convenient for exploring Sheffield and the surrounding area. "Was a very last min booking, bit out of the way & we didn't know the area at all. Staff helpful, shops & places for food nearby. Breakfast included, problem with coffee machine, staff stepped in & made coffee from the bar. Would return if in the area & needed a place to stop "
