"Couples trio , check in was delayed by over 40 mins , staff was rude or very short and unwilling to be helpful through the check in process , other than the staff the property was clean and nice . Nice room for the price and hotel was clean ."

"The first room that I got the bathroom floor was completely flooded. The next room was completely worn out. spider webs on the wall, bathroom tub rusted, TV not working, no full mattress covers. Third world at best. It would have been better for me to sleep in my car at least it was clean."

"We had room 121 and the room was not the quality we usually get through Best Western. I believe it was a handicap room which we didn't need. The room was not up to our standards this time. Also when housekeeping comes to clean the room they never restock the coffee."

"I will never stay here. I walked into my room and I turned around and told them I wouldn’t accept this reservation and I booked another hotel nearby. And I got a refund. The room was big, but there wasn’t really furniture so it felt odd. No easy accessible power plugs, dirt chairs; gym pathetic; Room dirty; pillows small horrible; no hangars in closet, HVAC not working well, dated carpet and paint, construction 1st floor; nice staff. Hotel said no charge cancellation because I wasn’t happy. "

"This hotel is convenient and always predictable as we have stayed a few times. Appreciate the shuttle and parking options. Breakfast is ok, hot and cold options. Hot tub is like the wave pool at Water world when the jets are on! A little too much but water is hot and the surroundings have been updated a little which is nice. "
