"The front desk clerk that checked us in was no friendly at all. I tried to make conversation with her and it was like talking to a brick wall. Its like she didnt know how to smile at all. Didnt tell us how to get to our room. I asked her how long shes been there and im so surprised shes been there as long as shes been. I feel customer service is not for her. She needs to smile more amd engage more when the customer talks to u. Not ignore them. "
