Breakfast was a trainwreck. Out of coffee, plates and food. Told the lady working the front desk and she said "we had more people than expected so we ran out". The lady working the food area was doing her best but was absolutely overwhelmed.

Today June 17 2025 its only a month ols, but everything in there is gorgeous and they did a beautiful job decorating. The king room had a couch with slide out trundle bed. Loved it! Worked great for us! Staff was amazing and welcoming.

Property is very clean and comfortable. This is a newer property, so everything is in great condition. I would stay here again. My husband said that this was the most comfortable hotel rooms he has stayed in, in a long time…we are on a 2-week cross country trip. My only complaint is the AC is very close to the bed and pushes out forceful air throughout the night. This can be noisy and uncomfortable with the air flow constantly changing. This can also cause sinus issues and can be difficult for people with allergies. My husband slept on the side of the bed that doesn’t get much of this issue. I slept on the side next to the AC and had some difficulty getting sleep without waking up.

The staff were very helpful. The room was extremely clean and roomy. We had the two queens Suite and it was wonderful. I had specified that we would like extra towels and linens for the trundle and they were in the room when we arrived. Excellent customer service in the breakfast area. The breakfast itself could have been a little better. The scrambled eggs were the powdered variety. The pool was a little small, but the kids still had fun. The hot tub was fantastic. I love that there was a bathroom in the pool area. Our son and my husband enjoyed the workout room as well. The hotel was very near the hospital and seem to be in a nice, safe area.

This hotel was so clean and new! The room layout was new and felt spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the pull out couch being a trundle bed was new and much more comfortable for my kids than your typical couch bed. The breakfast was terrific! So much good food and options. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The parking was ample, even for a large moving truck. The only downside was that the housekeeping team walked in our room TWICE. Once at about 9:30, and once at 10:30. Check out wasn’t until 12 so I’m not sure why they were so eager and why they weren’t checking from a list of who had actually checked out. I was in the shower the first time so that was a little awkward to hear. Other than that, great stay and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

The staff was extremely slow. I was hung up on 3 times and then on hold 14 minutes when I hung up because I had arrived. Check in took a long time and I had booked 2 rooms together and they put us on different floors! She was slow and not very friendly. When I asked for a printed reciept at checkout he couldnt ger me checked out or print me a receipt. The hotel decor was beautiful and you could tell that it was nice and new. So that was positive.

The design of the room was extremely poor. The air conditioner was right next to the bed and blew on me all night long. There was no way to shut the vents. In 100 degree weather we had no choice but to have it running. Additionally, the TV was located in the middle of the room, therefore, it was very difficult to see the screen from the bed and the sofa. We are disappointed that a Marriott has designed a new hotel so poorly.
