The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. "Lovely hotel right in the centre of Toulouse. Large rooms and good breakfast. Le Bouillon Capitol restaurant at the entrance to the hotel is amazing and very cheap with long queues so get there early. Train station is 15 minutes walk and the train to Carcassonne leaves every 30 minutes and takes 45 minutes. The Space museum is 45 minutes on the L8 bus which is 25 minutes walk from the hotel. The Airoscopia Airbus museum is 1 hour on the tram which is a 20 minute walk. Then gardens are worth visiting and Harry's walking tour of Toulouse is well worth booking on free tours. Toulouse felt safe and welcoming. "
