The property will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Supplies are provided for your convenience: coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent pods. Someone will be there to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

The recently renovated, single-story home accommodates up to 9 people and is laid out as follows:

• A dining area for 10 people, with storage and a small armchair, perfect for sharing delicious meals with family or friends
• A fully equipped kitchen decorated in natural tones, featuring an island and 3 stools for a small breakfast gathering. It also includes a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a dishwasher
• A yellow bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), two nightstands, two lamps, a mirror, and a closet
• A blue bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, a mirror, a dresser, and a closet
• A veranda, accessible directly from the yellow and blue bedrooms or from outside, with a sofa bed and outdoor furniture, offering a view of the outdoors. This room does not have shutters
• A green bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 190), two nightstands, two lamps, a closet with storage, and a mirror. Ideal for a couple with a child. Baby equipment (crib, bathtub, high chair, toys etc.) is available upon request.

The estate is set in a rural setting perfect for relaxation, with many points of interest to explore nearby. The magnificent Sillans waterfalls are a 10-minute drive away. Nearby, the Croix des Pins lookout point and the Villecroze caves (11 to 12 minutes by car) offer lovely day trips, while the windmills of Régusse and Terra Rossa, the ceramics center, are just a quarter of an hour away. Further afield, Lake Bauduen—with its beach and astronomical observatory—the Verdon Gorges, and the Galetas Bridge offer iconic regional scenery just a 20- to 30-minute drive away. You can also visit the village of Mousetiers-Sainte-Marie and its lake, a 37-minute drive away. Those who enjoy big cities can also head to Fréjus or Toulon for a day trip—a 1-hour 7-minute and 1-hour 20-minute drive, respectively.

For everyday needs, everything you need is within walking distance: a bakery 7 minutes away, a restaurant 9 minutes away, and a supermarket 15 minutes away, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any logistical hassles.
