The cottage is spread over two levels! - On the ground floor: kitchen with dining area, large living room (fireplace with insert, table football), laundry room (washing machine and dryer), separate toilet. - Upstairs, distributed around a corridor: 3 bedrooms each opening onto the covered gallery (1 double bed (140cm) + small private shower room/WC) (1 double bed (140cm) and, on the attic mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder-type staircase, 1 single bed (90cm)) (1 double bed (160cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) + private shower room/WC), bathroom/WC. The house is not heated and is therefore only rented from May to October. - Unfenced outdoor space, swimming pool (5x10m) secured by an alarm and surrounded by artificial grass areas. Courtyard in front of the door with parking available. Green holidays, in a calm and preserved environment, accommodation with swimming pool and pétanque court.
