"Easiest 5 stars I can give. When I fist stayed here in 1995 if was vastly different. It has improved so incredibly. We really enjoyed our room with great AC, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds (although a king bed would be nice! The swimming pool was clean and excellent. The handling of switching room towels could be better, but they get the job done. I can’t say enough about how great the food is at the Camino Real!!! Great breakfast buffet and very tasty food in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you’re staying close to the airport. The traffic getting to places in the central and southern areas of Managua is abysmal, however. "

"The hotel rooms have only 1 electrical outlet, A/C does not work, staff is zero helpful, I asked them if they could provide me a fan since A/C was not working and they said no, so I went to walmart and bought 2 fans. I asked for a electric extension and again no, so I had to buy one too. I booked a room with 3 beds since we were 4, again with just one outlet there was no way to charge devices and fans. My husband asked the person at the front desk to please open the door for the parking and his answer was: ok but don't think I have the time to open and close the gate everytime you want. We were going to eat there since they have a "restaurant", of all the things on the menu only one was available and when I asked what it was they didn't know or didn't want to explain, either way the experience was awful, personnel was rude and no help at all. I stayed the first night since it was late when we arrived and left the next day "

"This hotel is pretty good, clean , staff are very helpful. You have access to the mall , parking is convenient. The only set back I found is the WiFi; it keeps going on and off , internet is not that great! Besides that , everything is great including the breakfast. "

"I like the place, the cleaning lady was awesome... had an issue with check in and it took a while to find my reservation. They were a bit nosey for my liking and kept telling me that I need to be aware of the political climate. Hilarious because that is my job to advise on as an int'l attorney. But i stayed quiet and kept my head down. Then they refused to extend when they clearly had rooms. Maybe they did not appreciate my Lesbian friends who stayed with me."
