I booked a room with a refrigerator, however upon check in - they had no room available with a refrigerator. I had to upgrade my room to the next available room, hence the hotel staff charged me an additional $82 dollars per night. The hotel and the staff were amazing. The room charges were not aceptable.

The ONLY negative would be the way too tall and way too hard beds. SO uncomfortable. The breakfast was abundant and fresh. The staff was kind and considerate. The hotel was classy and beautiful. Well taken care of.

Pienso que para una estadía corta está perfecto, es muy limpio y excelente ubicación. A mejorar puedo decir la atención del personal que atiende los desayunos, específicamente una chica que atiende es poco amigable y tiene cero actitud de servicio al cliente; podrían mejorar la selección de jabones para ducha también… sería un plus que den una opción de gimnasio con máquinas de verdad jeje

Nice property with a lovely pool & beautiful rooms. The staff was nice & helped us with a taxi service to the airport. Far from downtown Managua (because of traffic) but definitely worth the stay!

Bastante bien aunque no cuidan los detalles pequeños. Cama muy dura, no tienen secadora de pelo, el AC bloqueado a una temperatura muy alta, buena ducha con presión, mala comida.
