There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect….

My Place Hotel Augusta GA
Easy booking, check in, and check out. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

Crowne Plaza North Augusta by IHG
Short staffed at Salt & Mortar. Spent 40 minutes & never did get breakfast before having to leave. Other cafe on site advertised croissants etc but they didn’t have any ‘today’. Was hesitant to order a latte lest it be under par. Had to pack up & leave. Got breakfast off site.
