"I was told that the staff was notified about it being our anniversary and I was Messaged the Hyatt Regency and was told they have alerted the team and will do everything thing we can to help you celebrate your special day. They didn’t do anything for our anniversary. They didn’t even contact me to offer suggestions of what they could do. I am also disappointed in the room we found hair on the floor and shower. The widows to the room needed washed. "

"The hotel property and building was your average hotel, nothing fancy. The pool was not open yet. The property and building were clean. The room was aged. It was clean but I woke up to 2 bedbugs. I tore the bed apart to see how bad the infestation was but did not find any more. No one was at the desk so I was not able to tell anyone. "

"It’s an excellent hotel. The staff was outstanding. The happy hour kickoff was great and so was the breakfast.. the only problem I had there should be an easier way to check out even when you use like Expedia. Cause right now if you use someone other than the hotel website to book, you have to go to the parking garage back your car up then drive clear around to the front of the hotel. Go inside to check out. It would be so much easier if you could just check out on the TV app or something other than having to go through all the extra steps that is the only thing wrong with this hotel."

"Room was clean and check in staff was friendly and helpful when showing us about parking. The lighting in the room was kind of bare and dark in some areas and didn’t love that the only sink area was directly in the bathroom in the way of everything but for a quick weekend trip it wasn’t too bad."
