The property features one bedroom with 2 fixed beds; the other 2 beds are available by opening the sofa bed in the fully equipped kitchen (to be prepared for the night), though this is less comfortable than the main bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower and laundry area, Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. Airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee.



The beach is just 300 meters away, easily reached on foot along the same street as the Baia Garden complex, making this an ideal spot for a relaxing seaside holiday.



Outside, you can unwind on the private patio and use the outdoor shower. Beach kits can be requested on site for an extra fee.



Parking includes one shared on-site space and street parking within the Baia Garden complex. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
