"Hotel does not look like pictures on Google. Very poor needs updating 100%"

"As soon as we arrived, we discovered that the siphon in the bathroom sink was broken, so it was impossible to wash our hands or brush our teeth. We went to reception, but they told us that someone would only be able to fix it the next day. The towels were stored under the sink and were already wet. I asked for replacements, and they did provide clean ones. The shower cubicle was very cramped and also leaked. The floor was dirty, and there were black hairs on the towels. I asked to change rooms since we needed a working sink, but they said no rooms were available. I then contacted support and requested a room change. They replied that we would be moved the next day, which did happen. The new room was fine. However, we had booked a room with a double bed, but in both rooms there were two single beds pushed together. They kept sliding apart during the night, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel."

"We were at the end of our 10 day trip and were going to the PSG game on our last night. We stayed at the property due to its proximity to the stadium. We booked a suite for three people. We were put on the 8th floor [FYI - The 8th floor is a dump!]. A big problem for us was that the only elevator to the 8th floor was not working. We we not told this until we checked in and received our key. We had to drag three suitcases up the stairs from the 7th floor. The only benefit to the suite was the balcony. The bedding provided for the fold out couch did not fit. It was very warm in the room and we couldn't get the a/c to work. I never received an e-mail with our final bill, so I am not sure what I paid for. I couldn't find any contact info. online to discuss our issues with management. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!"

"Breakfast was good, it could benefit from fresh fruit like melon and grapes, and maybe a better selection of lacto free options. Our first and only dinner in the restaurant was unfortunately a huge disappointment as the food was obviously microwaved and it was still cold when it came to the table. Overall the hotel experience was very good, situated in a great place with easy access to central Paris. Beds where comfortable and no noise from the street or other patrons. Underground parking for a fair fee per night. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family."
