We live in front on the same land, we will be easily available without boring you, the atmosphere is often very friendly.

No catering in the room, plan your meals outdoors.
Small terrace for lunch and eat in unique pique mode.

Sheets 10 euros for the bed otherwise provide 2 sheets 90X190 plus 2 pillowcases

For the household *, the room will have to be cleaned row / trash emptied.
* A cleaning option can be proposed to you in supplement.
A deposit of 200 € will be asked upon your arrival it will not be cashed and you will be returned to your departure if no damage

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and must be paid separately with the owner.
In particular, include the tourist tax 0,70 € per night and per person mandatory thank you for your understanding. :-)

You have quick access to many convenient cycle paths for long walks around the Bassin d'Arcachon, the area of Certes 5mn, Andernos baths, Lege Cap Ferret
You can enjoy our large garden and pool in the shade of pine trees to relax. You will be surprised by the calm.
