Stylish Townhouse in Grey Lynn close to central city

  • Stylish two level townhouse, centrally located with private garden, media room / work space, modern kitchen, 2 x TV’s, fast internet, laundry and large living area opening onto a patio bordering a lawn. The property is located close to the central city and has a bus stop conveniently located on the street frontage.  Modern well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining table and toilet. Upstairs is a media room and three bedrooms  Please be aware I do leave some clothing and personal effects in the walk-in closet. There’s plenty of space for your use. 

    The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and generous ensuite while the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine, drier and wash tub.  There two small locked rooms not referred to in description. Five  minutes walk to Grey Lynn village with bars, cafes and restaurants.  Street parking is usually not difficult to find.
