Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, farmers market and shops. This modern and comfortable home is well connected to the centre of Auckland and the northern beaches by both motorway and Hibiscus Highway. It is very close to North Shore Airport, Snow Planet, Laser Tag, Go-carting, and Auckland Adventure Park for your entertaintment. It is availalable to be booked in conjuction with the adjacent two homes if you are a big group. There is an allocated onsite parking as well as plenty of off street parking and bus stop at your door step.
The home has three comfortable bedrooms, each with it own wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has no pantry. The refridgerator is half fridge/half freezer. There are two full bathrooms. The ground floor bathroom has a shower and laundry. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The home is nice and warm in winter, and comfortably cool in summer through climate control units in the living room, as well as each bedroom.
This home provides an enjoyable stay allowing you have your relaxing, restful space, while being well connected to all the action in Orewa town centre.
