The home features two bedrooms, including a master with a super king bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and dining table for meals or working remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware. The tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower with underfloor heating, along with fresh towels and basic toiletries.

Step outside to your own private courtyard — a sunny, sheltered space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A washing machine and dryer are also available, along with fast WiFi and a heat pump for year-round comfort.

The unit is located beneath the main house where the owners live, however it is completely separate and self-contained with its own private entrance, courtyard, and secure off-street parking behind an electric gate.
