It has been knocked down so cant really rate it very highly. Kind of disappointing that Expedia had no idea. Luckily found somewhere else at short notice.
This was my second time staying here, different room. Both times I’ve stayed the toilet has been dodgy with flushing, the WiFi there is also shocking and there were still lip marks on our wine glasses.
And to top things off my friend thinks she left an expensive piece of jewelry there (we’ve explored all other options and possibilities) so we called to ask and they abruptly said no and hung up the phone. I will not be staying here again.
This was a cute unit for our little family of 3. It was our first time there and it had great facilities, the room could’ve been cleaned a bit better for the health of my child but other than that everything was great. Appreciated the service of the the staff on hand too.
Okayish, tired facilities.
Big time construction is taking place at the golf land and construction workers laughing in loud till past mid night. We couldn’t sleep.
Cute little place, the building site behind is a little noisy during the day. There was a cockroach in our room and the toilet flush was a bit finicky but otherwise my stay was good :)

Very spacious and had a balcony to watch people playing golf. And free sky. Although the bed had dust mites. The bed covers were very dusty. The bathroom was nice and spacious. There was however only 1x shampoo 1x conditioner that was in a small packet?
I/we travel frequently and often use Expedia.
Ive never felt inclined to leave a review before (Positive or Negative) nor do I read previous reviews before I book.
It's not that its winz accommodation (thats fine) its more the lady tried to tell me I'd only paid for 1 room via expedia when I showed her directly she juat gave me the keys...
But then.
Blood
Pen
Wet slimey bathroom floor.
When I pulled her up to see she essentially turned racist and blamed lazy national men and women of NZ that stopped working the laundromat correctly.
I feel very sad for people who think that this Is a customer paying motel. Its not.
We found other accommodation at our (CONSIDERABLE)expense
Very dated. The room smelt mouldy. There were cobwebs all over the roof, mould on the shower curtain, cobwebs and algae all over the window and ranch slider (which was broken and didn’t open). In the top drawer of the bedside table was a large kitchen knife.
Will never ever return.

Part of the reason I booked was for the view out to the golf course. What a shame its such a work site at the moment. I hope for your sake it gets completed soon.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Very disappointed with this motel. The room was very run down, grease marked fingers on the microwave door, cobwebs everywhere, and very unfriendly stuff. The room service was poor they didn't top up with coffee and sugar we have to ask for everything.
I was so impressed with this motel. I stay in hotels and motels quite a bit and was impressed by the spaciousness, the decor, the freshness of everything and the nice welcome. Capped off with a great view out to a golf course. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved the view over the Golfcourse
The premises are tired, the TV had issues that took time to resolve, the kitchen bench was sticky. On the first night there were people talking very loudly at 4.30am and lots of vehicle movement that caused sleep problems. The second night was not so bad.
Good location but needs refurbishment and a good clean.

Motel close to my sons’ school
I stayed here with my two youngest sons in preparation for a Dad’s and lad’s breakfast. Although I booked for an adult and two children there was only a double and single bed and two towels.
We worked around the bed issue but don’t think we should have had to as my sons’ ages were required at booking time - 11 & 13 year olds don’t share beds with each other, or with their Dad!!
The towel shortage was ‘Service 101’ so no excuses there. We didn’t realise until 6am when getting ready (and the office was closed).
They had a Sky magazine but we couldn’t work out how to get any Sky channels as there was no introductory pamphlet or booklet. Freeview only.
First World issues. The frypan was a little dirty and still wet from what I assume was a cursory clean...
The greeting at reception was luke warm but that was the highlight because it was better than cold.
I would stay again but would call ahead to confirm the actual number of guests were recognised and being accommodated for.
